At Mii Korea Concept Store, all products are carefully inspected twice before packing to ensure they are in good condition.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

❌ No Return / Exchange / Refund (Non-Defective Items)

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Product does not meet expectations
  • Dislike of color, style, or design
  • Items are uncomfortable or too sheer/transparent
  • Sizing issues (too big, too small, too long, or too short)
  • Slight measurement differences (±0.5"–1" due to mass production)
  • Minor color differences due to lighting or screen display
  • Normal wear and tear, including color fading after washing
  • Minor imperfections (e.g. light scratches, slight color rust) that do not affect functionality

⚠️ Product Handling Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for handling items with care when opening parcels.
  • Damage caused by scissors, cutters, or improper handling will not be eligible for return or exchange.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer

  • All items are checked before shipment.
  • We are not responsible for damage or loss during shipping once the parcel has been handed over to the courier.

📦 Defective or Wrong Item Received

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos/videos of the issue

We will review and assist accordingly. Requests made after this timeframe may not be accepted.

🏬 Return Method

  • Returns (if approved) must follow our instructions.
  • Do not return items directly to our retail outlets.

  • Minor imperfections may occur and are considered normal.
  • If you are highly particular about perfection, please consider carefully before purchasing.
